Band on the Wall will be reopening in February 2009 as a new international centre for music. Building on the existing venue’s rich history the new centre will still be based around the original venue but will incorporate new facilities including a recording studio and The Picturehouse.

Located in the adjacent building, The Picturehouse will be the new day-time face of Band on the Wall housing a café and exhibitions of music, visual art and moving image. It will also be the home for Band on the Wall’s unique Archive. 

As we develop this innovative and world-class centre for music, we are looking for individuals with a real love for Band on the Wall and music to be part of our future by becoming supporters of the Space for Music project.
